Your Distributor status is for life, no renewal fees, no sponsoring
requirements, etc.
In addition to the Distributor Kit, you also receive
the NeuroGenesis self-replicating web system and back office,
customized with your information. Product purchase is optional. However, a
$50 personal volume is required to receive commissions & bonuses..
The focal points of the NeuroGenesis, Inc. Compensation
Plan are simplicity, depth and profitability. NeuroGenesis rewards its
Distributors with a generous and fair retail profit margin as well as
with a long-term residual income generated from a 5 Tiers Unilevel
Structure and a company volume Shared Pool compensation system. All
compensation is based on product sales only.

1. Retail Customer Profit Paid
Monthly - the difference between the retail price and the wholesale
price. The Retail Customer profit for Neu•Becalm'd is $10.00, and the
Preferred Customer profit for the same product is $6.75 per bottle.

Personal Volume (PV): The total
wholesale price of the personal sales of products sold by an independent
distributor to a retail or preferred customer, as well as products
bought for personal use.
Group Volume (GV): The total
wholesale value of your entire organization's volume no matter how many
tiers deep.
Commissionable Volume (CV): The
portion of the wholesale volume on which commissions are paid.
Rank Volume (RV) and the 40% Rule:
When the total GV of each Leg is totaled, no one Leg can contribute more
than 40% of the total.

How to Qualify:
Become a NeuroGenesis Distributor
* Distributor sign up fee of $29.95. This includes
a Distributor kit which contains everything you need to start your
distributorship.
* Complete all necessary documentation along with our New Distributor
Application & Agreement online or fill out and return the forms in your
Distributor Kit.
* Read, understand and accept NeuroGenesis' Policies & Procedure and
Compensation Plan. Sign and return the acknowledgement form in the
Distributor Kit.
* Activate your self-replicating web site provided by NGI. (optional)
...and then:
* Maintain a minimum personal volume of $50.00 per
month. NeuroGenesis recommends new Distributors sign up for Autoship to
ensure you meet the requirement.
* Sell to Customers at retail.
* Sell to Preferred Customers at 10% discount
* Begin to build a personal sales organization by enrolling other
Distributors into the NeuroGenesis Compensation Plan.
* Participate in the 90-Day Quick Start Bonus program.
* Earn 5% Unilevel Commission on your 1st and 2nd tiers.

Calculate Rank Volume (40% rule
above):
A NeuroGenesis Distributor downline has:
* Leg 1 GV of $10,000
* Leg 2 GV of $ 2,000
* Leg 3 GV of $ 1,000
Distributor's Total Group Volume:
$10,000 + $ 2,000 + $ 1,000 = $13,000
Calculate 40% maximum allowable leg volume:
0.40% * $13,000 = $5,200
Leg 2 and Leg 3 are less than $5,200, so they count as actual full
volume. Leg 1, however, is greater than $5,200, so a maximum of $5,200
will limit this leg. Therefore, to calculate RANK
Volume:
$5,200 + $2,000 + $1,000 = $8,200
Calculate Platinum Incentive Bonus Pool:

From the charts above, calculate the total Platinum Incentive
Bonus Pool, which is 3% of the wholesale volume company-wide.
0.03 X $1,000,000 = $30,000
Platinum Incentive Bonus Pool shares with two at each
level:
Platinum Distributors earn one (1) share
Diamond Distributors earn two (2) shares
Diamond Executive Distributors earn four (4) shares
Calculate the total Platinum Incentive Bonus Pool Shares:
(1 share X 2 distributors) + (2 shares X 2 distributors) +
(4 share X 2 distributors) = 14 shares
So calculate the share of the bonus pool:
each qualifying Platinum Distributor gets: 1/14 X $30,000 =
$2,143
each qualifying Diamond Distributor gets: 2/14 X $30,000 =
$4,286
each qualifying Diamond Executive Distributor gets: 4/14 X
$30,000 = $8,571

Calculate the total Platinum Incentive Bonus Pool Shares:
